Stephen's Tweed Koa Chopper is progressing nicely.

The inlay was designed by Stephen's cousin and is now featured on the fingerboard.

First, the inlay was completed, then the fingerboard was glued to the neck. Finally, Jason bound it with multiple layers (tortise is visible on the edge) and prep'd it for frets.

Jeremy's Blue Doublecut is in finish getting clear coats.  Here it is after pore fill and vinyl sealer.

More to come!!

See Josh Smith and his Schroeder Chopper TL 295 Goldtop in the Eminence booth at NAMM, demonstrating the new Eric Johnson signature speakers. The demo starts at 3:45.

With inspiration from the Water's Edge guitar and color like Skip's Alaskan Blue doublecut, Jeremy's Quilted Maple guitar is coming together nicely.  Stain will also go on the quilted maple headstock pieces and back plate.  This top is going to POP when it gets a clear coat!!

For family gift giving this holiday season, we decide to go with a Made in the USA theme.  This is what we came up with...

Schroeder cutting board and drink coasters!!

The "soundhole" on the cutting board is intended for a small bowl.  For example- as you are cutting veggies, you have a bowl for your veggie dip.  Or when making mixed drinks, the garnishes are cut and put in the bowl.

Effective Jan 1, 2012, Jason Z. Schroeder Guitars is no longer affiliated with Premier Builders Guild (PBG).

Here are a couple progress pics of a very cool new Schroeder!  Authentic nitro Goldtop with Honduran mahogany back and neck.  ES295 features combined with T-style features in an oversized TL frame!  Ebony headplate veneer, stainless frets, our new Deco-Trap inlays, custom one-off Schroeder half-T bridge!  Lots of cool features.  This one will have 13s so should sound like a beast!!!

Jeremy's guitar has the neck fit (it is tight!!) and the backplate ready.

Staining in progress now!!  Photos of the color process next!
