With a 3 1/4” stud spacing and custom styling, the Schroeder Stoptail is an excellent replacement for LP Junior, PRS and Tone-Pros stoptails or for use on custom instruments. The contour on the back of the tailpiece is a very comfortable resting place for your palm during playing and the design provides several advantages over other adjustable stoptails.

Easily adapts to a 10” or 12” radius: The out-of-the-box bridge radius is 11” making it easily adjustable to 10” or 12” radius by fine tuning the saddles during setup. (If installing on a 10” radius fingerboard, slightly deepen the outer saddle slots. If installing on a 12” radius fingerboard, slightly deepen the inner saddle slots.)

Easy string loading: The Schroeder stoptail is solid on the underside (as opposed to other brands that have holes in the bottom of the string guide) for ease of string-loading and to prevent the string ends from coming through the bottom of the bridge which can result in finish scratching.

Quality materials and construction: Lightweight aluminum body, stainless steel screws and clips, and brass saddles. Proudly made in the USA.

I just wanted to let you know that your bridge is brilliant. To finally hear my PRS intonate properly actually makes me want to play it again! At the bridge's lowest setting, with 9/thousands relief in the neck, the action is almost exactly at specs. I completely love that, since I have a tendency to keep pushing the action lower until everything sounds like mush.

A few months in, my fondness for the bridge has only grown. I can honestly say that the Schroeder Bridge has changed my guitar playing world. It intonates so perfectly, and sits at the absolute perfect height. It's easy on the back of my hand, and I swear it makes the guitar sound much better.

I had a new guitar with other hardware, and it sounded asleep. Not bad really but not open and alive like I was hoping it would be. I didn't really think your bridge would help all that. The bridge & studs are on a 1960 Gibson Melody Maker. I've tried many bridges on it over the last 40+ years and never satisfied until now. No other bridge is remotely close to the quality of yours. I'll never need to look any further. The extra bonus: It's the classiest, sharpest looking bridge also. I will send you a picture when I refinish it ( still deciding on color ).
