A couple of other pics after the body has been refined a bit... You can see I have some work to do in the cutaway where the body meets the neck but I will do that after I fit the neck.

So Min decided to try the new Schroeder "Horizon-burst" in amber on his singlecut!! Really excited about this unique stain technique. It is in reverse direction to the Water's Edge guitar and I think it looks really cool with this orientation. All part of my "Thinking Outside the Burst" concepts.

So here it is final sanded and ready to stain:

With the initial dark amber stain applied:

Final color after a lot of correcting and blending! This pic shows the stain dry. The flame will really pop when lacquer hits it.

Yes it is Brazilian. Carve is modeled after a '59 LP. This guitar will have Wagner pickups and a Demeter midboost as well.

the neck felt awesome -silky smooth, and the guitar really resonates when strummed. and it looked fantastic, had this really warm glow to it.

can't wait to play it plugged in, we really should have a schroederfest here in singapore, there are already 3 schroeders here, with another 2 more on order.. ;)

Late to the party here but I have been surfing throught he forums to see whats out there when I found this one. That guitar sounded amazing on that demo clip! Huge sounding and that Demeter boost was pretty nice.

Beautiful guitar too! I cant wait to get mine!
