In typical Poe fashion I decided after my guitar was finished to have BG pickups placed in my guitar. They have a 4-6 week wait for the pups. No problem, I would rather get it right than settle for something I didn't want.
Anyway...Jason asked BG to try and get them done ASAP because I have a big gig on the 23rd of March at Heinz Field in one of the big halls. Big crowd, big money...
i get a message from Jason today saying that my pups are in!! Holy smokes that was fast!! *That* is what I call customer service.
It is stuff like this that makes me return as a customer. Jason going out of his way on multiple occasions to help me out, and now BG getting it done in a pinch.
KUDOS GUYS!!!
