Mitchell Connor recently graduated from the Roberto-Venn School of Luthiery(http://www.roberto-venn.com/). Mitchell's twin brother Marcus also went through the program but is going to be living a couple hours away. I am trying to convince him to come help out as well! Mitchell brings a fresh perspective and has already given me some great ideas on how to improve efficiency and quality. I am very excited to have him on board.

Here are two guitars that Mitchell built in the last couple months. I really dig Mitchell's traditional vibe.

This thing is VERY cool!! TV Jones pickups!! Bigsby. The kid has style.

Is that SG thick or is it a trick of light? I would kill for a traditional looking SG with an LP thickness. I love SGs, but theyre so neck heavy! TV jones pups are awesome too! Id love to hear some soundclips of that!

Really picking up steam now Jason!

As I recall that SG is around 1 3/4" but I would have to check with Mitchell. I will see him tomorrow and I will ask him. We can try to throw something down for a soundclip!

I agree...that SG does look mighty thick and also it looks to have a top of some sort also :)
