I've enabled uploads for avatars.
You can find this option under your profile.

Now lets see some cool ones!!!

uploaded mine but it doesn' show? don't see jason's either??

Mine was within the specified file size but would not upload. Weird.

ahh just linked it to my server, it worked, forget about uploads!

Jason, give it another try.
I had to change permissions on the folder that stores the avatars.
I just uploaded one and it worked for me.
