I recorded a couple of bluesy things so that you guys can hear the Chopper tone in a different situation. Just the guitar plugged into the Millenium with a Marshall setting and a little reverb, nothing else. This is mostly neck position. I must apologize to the SRV fans if I butchered "Lenny." :D

And here is one for the Albert Collins fans. It is mostly the bridge pickup for the first part and switches to the neck toward the middle. Albert's style was very percussive and bright. I used the exact same settings as the SRV recording but played it without a pick. I wanted to show how expressive this guitar can be going from a very cutting tone to a mellow softer tone by merely adjusting the volume and pickup selector. This type of expression is what I LOVE about a good strat but often is lacking in humbucker equipped guitars. This shows that you don't have to sacrifice feeling when using humbuckers. And I love having the headroom with humbuckers so you can still hit the overdrive and blow people out of the water!
