So I went to see Carl Verheyen and Chad Wackerman last night and was overwhelmed with the positive response to the Tour Guitar! (I finally wired it yesterday at she is playing SO smooth! Full report to come...) I posted a review of the show on BAM if anyone is interested. I should have pics soon. James Russell, another local builder who is making guitars for Eric Schoenberg right now, and I had our guitars in hand and had photos taken with Carl Verheyen. Wow, that guys just absolutely kills the guitar. It made my hand tired watching him. Great tone and incredibly fast and clean technique. Carl was the lead guitarist for Supertramp and Chad Wackerman was the drummer for Frank Zappa!! He has also played with a million other huge names. The guy was ridiculous. Played things that sounded like three drummers. It was amazing. Good times had by all. Got some great feedback from some very respected people.
