Some of you guys may know I've been working on a Educational/CDRom for guitar players.
It's an interactive interface that plays backing music and provides the chart for the song and suggested scales to play over the song.
Here's a quick copy and paste of my sales info:
"Jam Along Tracks educational CDs - Is a compilation of 12 CD quality backing tracks for guitar players to play over. The tracks are set up to sound like a live band. Bass, guitar and drums mixed in such away to leave enough room for the user to create thier own riffs, leads and chords to go with the song. With the help of instructional material provided with the CD, you will learn what scales, modes and chords to play over each section of the songs. If you don't know the scales or modes you can quickly learn them from the scale and mode section of the CD."
I haven't reached the point of having them manufactured yet. The software is finished, so I'm offering it on my eStore as a downladable product. It's a self contained EXE that does not need to be installed. Just click on it and it runs.
I'm also offering all the backing tracks individually as MP3s for those who dont want the whole package. There's also some blues backing tracks that are offered, that are not in the JamAlongTracks program.
