We had another killer gig at The Sports Rock Cafe in Pittsburgh last night and the tour guitar was a huge winner. I played it on all but 5 songs and it was spectacular. The guitar balanced perfectly and was a joy to play for the entire evening. The tones it was getting were absolutely huge. The crowd was awesome so we decided to turn up a bit and the guitar through my Fargen just friggin sang. We cover a wide variety of music and this guitar excelled at all of it. I can't say enough about this guitar, Jason really has something going on here.

It was really important for me to get this guitar for a gig and really put it through its paces. You really get a feel for an instrument when you strap it around your neck for four hours. There is no other way to get a true feel for a guitar. I can't tell you how many times I have received a guitar that sounded great and played fantastic, and then just didn't work for me in a live situation. I can't thank Shad enough for letting me do this.

Anyway...my mind is now set, and I will definitely be ordering a rosewood neck with my guitar. I couldn't get over how great this neck felt in my hands and how utterly huge this guitar sounded. This is the only guitar I have ever played that has a bigger and fatter sound than my Baker B1. I seriously never thought it was possible, but it is absolutely true.

Very cool shots! It's nice to know that this guitar is getting such grand reviews. I am looking forward to playing a JZS myself. Looks like you had a good night! Cheers!

Hey Rob...It's so cool to see your live shots. The tour guitar almost has a glow to it :D

The fact that having the tour guitar in your hands for the gig influenced your order, means it was worth whatever it took to get it to you. Sometimes it's amazing how certain events time out.

IMHO, This is a great example of the tour guitar living her dream. Your personal guitar will be better tailored for you because you were able to experience something different, and apply it to your exact needs....Mission accomplished :)

Don't forget to sign the case ;)
