Well, I have new toy!! It is going to help SO much with production. I owe a huge thanks to a couple of other great builders. Dave Myka who gave the original plan for this neck jig which we are going to expand to be the body jig too to help make very precise routes for the neck pocket and pickups in very little time. And a HUGE thanks to James Russell for building it with the added adjustments that I need. I will be making templates for different pickup configurations. Here is a shot of it with Stu's body clamped in. The guides that are clamped on top of the body will be matched with the taper of teh sides of the neck for a perfect neck to body joint.

Will's guitar is ALMOST ready for the paint booth. Will and I are finalizing the control layout and I will have to build new templates for the backplate to accomodate the piezo setup.

Here is a preview with the back route for the trem and the completed headstock.

Check out the flame in the Limba...

Awsome man! Great to see work being done at Radio Ln! Very exciting Will's guitar is almost ready to get sprayed!

Hey Tony, I'll tell you what I have to tell all the girls, "I'm a happily married man! You can look at my body, but can't touch!" :P

Yes, life is slowly returning to "manageable." Pretty crazy few months. Trying to rebuild a house makes building guitars seem really easy! :)

Congrats Jason,
Great to see you are moving into production!
BTW, do you have any full shot picture of Will's Singlecut?
I have been wondering for months the overall look of the Singlecut.

Hey Woody! Good to hear from you. I will be taking more pics as I make more progress in the next couple weeks. Here is one from a while back when it had fewer holes cut in it!
